Early life

Hazard developed into a native of La Louviere and grew up in Bren-le-Comte. His mother Karina and father Thierry were both football players. His father spent the maximum of his career at a semi-professional level with La Louviere in the Belgian Second Division, playing specifically as a defensive midfielder. His mother played as a striker in the Belgian Women's First Division and stopped playing when she was three months pregnant with Eden. After playing football, both my mother and father became sports instructors. Thierry stepped down from his post in 2009 if you want to devote extra time to your youth.
Hazard is the eldest of four children. He has three brothers, all of whom play football, including Thorgan, who joined him at Chelsea in 2012 but then moved on to Borussia Monchengladbach in 2015 and in addition to Borussia Dortmund in 2019. Thorgan has previously improved his position in the youth ranks of Lille's biggest rivals. Hazard's other younger brothers are Kylian and Ethan. On 15 July 2013, Kilian joined White Star Brussels, but then went on to play for Hungarian side Uipest, before joining Chelsea,  while Ethan continues to play at former club Tubies of the Eden Children's Academy.
Hazard and his 3 brothers grew up in a safe environment, and their mother and father made sure they had something they needed to succeed. As a child, his idol was the French playmaker Zinedine Zidane, and Hazard "spent hours watching him on TV and on the Internet".
